Community Hall

The Birchbay Community Hall (capacity 180, licensed kitchen, accessible entrance and washrooms) is available for weddings, celebrations of life, meetings, and community programs.

Pinegrove Park & Beach

Playground, pavilion, sand beach with a supervised swim program in July and August, canoe/kayak launch, and the outdoor rink in winter (volunteer-maintained — thank you, Rink Rats).

Town Dock & Boat Launch

Day docking is free for up to three hours. Seasonal slips and launch passes are available through the Municipal Office; proceeds maintain the waterfront.

Birchbay Branch Library

Open Tuesday/Thursday 10–7, Saturday 10–2 at 8 Mill Street. Programming includes story time, tech help drop-ins, and the summer reading club.

Trails

The Loon Lake Loop (4.5 km, easy) circles the west bay through Village and Conservation Authority lands — trailhead at Pinegrove Park with an accessible first kilometre.
